Removing VAT from shipping?

Help!! Actinic has started including the shipping cost in its VAT calculation. Shipping should be added to the final VAT inclusive total as you don't pay VAT on this.

VAT on shipping
If you are shipping to the EU from the EU you should charge VAT on shipping as it is a "value added" service.
