Custom colors in cart/checkout

We've gotten most everything worked out after the 7 changeover except I can not seem to get the checkout and cart pages in our site to look like our Act_Primary.

For example, the correct look is: http://www.dutygearuniforms.com/~dut...eyholders.html

But I lose the white background elements in pages such as:
http://www.dutygearuniforms.com/~dut...CTION=SHOWCART

What can I do to correct this and make them match?

We took a quick look. Your issue looks to be a network settings issue. I suggest you either run the network configuration settings for your site or check the path for your /acatalog/ directory. By looking at your source it seems that your images are being refrenced outside the /acatalog directory but when working with your pages we noticed that the images are in /acatalog/

I had ALOT of problems with our ISP to work out. We finally got everything under control but basically had to start over entirely.

Now...

The light blue background which you see on this page is what I wish the cart pages/checkout area/any other area would show: http://www.dutygearuniforms.com/acat...rolaccess.html

How can I tweak my files to do that? If I choose the blue in background, the elements of the menus are filled in with it as well.

The Smart theme uses alternative overall templates in the 'View Cart' page and in the 'Checkout' pages. These alternative layout templates can be accessed via 'Design | Options | Layouts'. Add your blue background into the templates there.
