catalogue in a frame on my site

I have just made my first actinic catalogue, so am a real noob here..

I have a top frams with a banner in html, and when u click 1 button in the top frame, thebottom frame opens the subscriptions page in the acatalog folder.

My problem comes with sending data to netbanx, when u go through the checkout and go to payments, because its in a frame, i dont get the padlock to appear or the https:// so people will never know its secure.

can i get the payment page to open in a new window, or open in _parent, so the page is fully secure?
I know i can tell netbanx to send a user back to a particular page, so they can go back to the index page easily.

    Can anyone help?
