Help with text in Full Description field...

Is there any way to format the text in the "full description" field? It would make such a difference if I could make some of the text bold, for instance. I've tried inserting HTML tags with no joy. And, if possible, I want to avoid editing the finished generated HTML because the client updates so frequently.

Incidentally, sorry if this is an often-asked question. I spent 10 minutes noodling around in the Knowledge Base without any luck and time is getting away from me!

You can put HTML in there. Just surround it with !!< and >!!

E.g.

Blah blah !!<<b>Bold blah</b>>!! and normal again.
