multi currency question

Hi
we have Actinic v6 and our products are priced in UK£.

Are either of the following possible:

1. To have products in only one section of the catalog priced in $US ?

2. To apply a different VAT rate to one section of the catalog?

You could apply the 2nd TAX rate to specific products or use the custom tax option on a per product basis... But as far as showing products within 1 section as US Dollars and the rest in GBP, dont think you can do this automatically I am afraid....
