Notification via email

Have developed the site www.surridgesport.com in Actinic business V5. The PSP is worldpay. when i get a notification of an order it only displays the total cost i.e £20.25 and has no description of the products purchased. Worldpay state that actinic doesn't send product descriptions through to them only the total cost. I have only designed the site and do not wish to have to download orders, I just wish to maintain and update it. Is their an option that allows an email of confirmation to us aswell as the customer,stating the price and the description of purchases.

Product information is not passed on from Actinic to the PSP side. However if you wish to display extra information in the customer email, please take a look at one of our partners' website (Click here)

There are a set of instructions under the heading :Additional Information in the Shopping Cart and Customer e-mail.

Sorry if that solution was a bit complicated. A more simple solution to simply send across order confirmation emails to customers and receive copies of the same, can be achieved by going into Business Settings | Orders and tick "Send Receipt Email to Customer" and also enter your email address into the field for "Send Receipt Email Copies To".

Had a look at the Business settings | Orders the "send receipt email to customer" had already been checked but couldn't find "Send Receipt Email Copies To". Is this in another section elsewear or is that for a newer version of actinic?

Sorry about that. That facility is available in V6 onwards. In v5 you only have the option to send receipt emails to customers.

Cheers anyway will probably have to sort out a monkey to download orders every morning ill get them to make me coffee at the same time so all is well.
