Saved orders

Hi,

I have a question from a customer is it possible to have more than 1 saved order? maybe different cookie names linked to a date?

Hi Jason,

Do you mean two similar orders placed by one customer at the same time?

This happens only when the customer clicks 'Next' button twice, after entering the credit card information in the Payment Method.

Hi Jason

Looking at your question, it seems that you would like to save multiple shopping cart, so that the client can retrieve it at a later date. I'm afraid within the actinic software, you can only save up to 1 order.

This is saved within the session file, which is linked to the client cookie.

Would you know of any add-on's or of the shelf software, that would allow the customer to save multiple shopping carts?
