    Order errors

    I have had a number of emails from users who have gone through the purchase process and when they get to the checkout the 1 item ordered has become 2. Any known cause of this?

    I had a look at your website and tried adding to cart. The quantity was carried through fine. Is this an intermittent problem and has it cropped up only recently?

    You could also try purging the session files as these may sometimes interfere with placing of orders on the site among other things. In Actinic, go to Help | Troubleshooting and click on Purge Session Files. However, do this at a time when you are sure the site will be least used, for e.g. during overnight maintenance, as otherwise it will affect the cart content of online customers.

      It is intermittent. I will use the purge option and see if it recurrs. Thanks.
