Disount to 5 products

Hi,

First, I have to tell you that I'm a new user of Actinic V7, and I have not yet found the reply to my question.

Each week, I intend to propose a discount of 20% to 5 different products ( and from 5 different sections ). How have I to do? Who can send me the way to follow.

Hi Bruno

You can set this up by creating a product group and placing those items in that group. You can create a new product group from View|Product groups.Once the product groups are created you can assign a discount to the products in that group. And finally you can assign these discounts to the indvidual products in the "Disounts" tab of the products.

Please note that Actinic Business is required for this. I'm afraid this can not be done in Catalog.

if you are using catalog, just setup a new product each week for the 5 products you want to give a discount on, and you can set the price for the group. you could then place this on your front page as a promo.

I am using Developer v6 and can see no View|Product groups tab. Am I missing something?

Oops. Could be because I am using version 6. I take it this is only available in version 7?
