Hi Gareth

The probable cause for this seems that no template might have been selected for the Receipt Page Layout in Design | Options | Layouts. Try assigning a template to it (for e.g., Centered Primary Template or Printer Friendly Receipt Page) and update the site. This should rectify the display.
