hi thanks for that just catching up with forum comments now

              its doen it again

it seems to happen when i put in an offline order then select something that is out of stock for example
it then hangs an dcrashes software

whe i start up it tells me to delete it but it wont let me , so without using a backup and overwriting orders i cant get rid of it

any clues where orders are kept in the files so i can edit it manually

Everything is stored in a database file called ActinicCatalog.mdb stored in your site1 folder.

I wouldn't really recommend manually editing the file unless you know what you're doing. If this happens regularly then you need to contact actinic support and let them take a look. If it's a real problem then it's best that they know about it and can get it fixed in the next version.
