I have been messing about with my copy of version 6 to get out of the frames at the checkout page. I have done away with the built in nav to opt for my own nav in the custom frame set. I worked out you need to specify the target if calling the checkout from another frame to "_top".
However does anyone know of a way of changing the way this works so that the following occurs.
Get rid of the target so the checkout loads in the custom frame. The checkout process continues in the custom frame until, it is actually handed over to the PSP. The only page I need to come out of the frames is the Paypal page. Does anyone know how to alter the scripts to add a target to the event which is triggered when the 'NEXT' button after the payment method has been pressed.
