    How do I retrieve lost orders?

    I have corrupted my site, and need to import a recent snapshot. Does anybody know how I can retrieve orders that I have downloaded since I took the snapshot?

    Hi Mark,

    Before importing the snapshot, please go to your Site1 folder (C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1) and take a copy of 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' to your Desktop. Now, import the snapshot and close Actinic.
    Browse to 'C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1' and overwrite 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' with the one you stored on to your Desktop.

    Now, open Actinic to check the orders.
