You people have helped me with the other things and I just need to know how to do the last couple of things.

i) I was trying to make the header background for the sections CC0000 instead of 005555 and have made it ffffff for some reason and now you can only see the text when you rollover the damn links lol. How do I get my colour involved in the situation?
ii) the two section frames are now side by side and I want them above and below each other, how can i do this?
If anybody can help, please help...!
