Affected after Changing of URL

Hi all,

I change the file name of my html page. But it did not change totally. Why is it so? mayb you can try this link, this is the one i changed:

http://www.hst.com.sg/acatalog/Sprin...ollection.html

Click on: Havanna Jacketing and it should gave you the url of -
http://hst.com.sg/acatalog/Havanna_Jacketing.html.

Click on: http://www.hst.com.sg/acatalog/5620.html then,
Click: back to Havanna Jacketing main Page
This anchor text will lead you back to the Correct URL only!?
May i know what can i do to change the URL correctly and not affecting others?

Anyone can help this? i have been waiting for some replies? i was just asking, why didnt the file name change even thou i have amended it iN the sections?!

Could you please clarify which is the right URL http://www.hst.com.sg/acatalog/Havan...100%-pure-wool which is the one you get when you click on the "Back to Havanna Jacketing Main Page" link or http://www.hst.com.sg/acatalog/Havanna_Jacketing.html ?
