Using v6.0, what is the best (easiest) and cost effective way to collect credit card payments.

I have tested secure hosting and this looks ok (a bit bland), but appreciate I have to pay them and epdq.

Any suggestions warmly welcomed.

I am also keen to get this up and running within 6 weeks.

A number of options available to you..

1. Online Payment Processors like securehosting and epdq, or many others.

If you have a means to legally process CC information through a bank supplied Card Terminal then you can...

2. Use the inbuilt Java applet, as do many thousands of sites from the days of v4 onwards.

3. Get your own SSL hosting package.

4. Use an Actinic Shared SSL service.

All have different pro's and cons, but from a speed point of view, unless you already have your merchant ID for internet transactions, then online can take time depending on the bank involved.

I am trying to avoid using a terminal as I want to have e-payments, so will look to use epdq and Securehosting.
