Missing graphics in Checkout

Have uploaded our Business V7 site to: V7 Test Site

All is well except for the checkout area where I lose all the graphics.

I've tried copying and using a working act_primary as the Checkout overall layout but still no graphics on the checkout.

Any ideas?

None of your Perl based pages are working. If I try the search button it sends me to

Are you sure that shouldn't be "cgi-bin" above?

I checked the LIVE Tiggypig site it does have just cgibin as the url although those wifi speakers gave an error on add to cart
