    Maximum Order Value

    Hi,

Can anybody Help. I've set a Maximum order value at £35 on a test customer which works fine except that when the message is shown

"Value of your shopping basket (£37.25) exceeds your limit (£35.00).
Please, remove something from your shopping basket.

Please wait for your browser to forward you to the home page so you can try again or click here."

Is there any way of getting this error to bounce back to the cart rather than logging them out of the site?

    URL: www.farmerschoice.net

    Customer Number: 30521
    Password: 159810

    Many Thanks

    Hi Jason

I tried to replicate the issue on your site and it dosen't seem to happen. Have you removed the shopping cart restriction? I tried this with one of our default sites and what happened was that when I exceeded the order limit I got bounced back to section from where I came but did not get logged out. Please reset the condition so I can replicate the issue and also let me know if you have made any changes to the perl scripts that control this.

    Cheers

        Hi Jason

If you have not made any changes to the perl scripts, then try refreshing them and then check if the problem persists. To do this You'll have to delete all the .PM and .PL files both from the site(usually Site1) folder on your computer as well the Cgi-Bin on your server. And then copy the perl scripts from the original folder and paste them into your site folder. Finally do a complete web refresh.

If you have made changes to the perl scripts then please don't do the above and let me know.

        Cheers
