    Version 6.1.4 email problem

    Hey all! Hope you can help with this!
    Client is using Actinic Business 6.1.4
    When processing orders she marks items as shipped and clicks the box for "mail" ( to add it to the batch to send a notification that the products have been shipped to the customer) after she finishes shipping orders she pulls the drop down box where it gives the option to send batch and gets a warning that there are no mails to send?

    Anyone else have this problem with 6.1.4?? Can you guide me?

    Is she clicking 'Done' or 'Send' on the email to close the window. If she clicks 'Done', it is queued to be sent, but if she clicks 'Send' then the email will go out there and then.

      found out she not clicking anything; she was closing the window! So of course it deletes everything she just entered!

      Sorry to bother you all! I just assumed she was clicking "done".
