Page Title Problem

Hi,

my title for the ActprimaryLeft.html is as follow:
<title>Online Fabric Stores - Hwa Seng textile - NETQUOTEVAR:PAGEHEADER

However, when i view source the title turns out to be <title>Home</title> only? I understand it is affected by every brouchure page or (Buttons) i have created. Still, i thought editing the ActpriLeft.html would mean that the page title, no matter what, would begin with "online Fabric stores.. etc"?

Are you sure that ActPrimarlyLeft is the template you're using?

The standard ones are:

Act_BrochurePrimary.html for the home page

and

Act_Primary.html for the catalog pages

it may change though depending on what theme you're using.

you mean i should look at ActBrochure page- they are for the Page title of HOMe page/about us/..newsletter fragment? then ActLeftpri are for Brochure pages which are my Online catalog ??

Yes,

Act_BrochurePrimary.html is the template for your home page which is where your title says 'home'. (the problem you were asking about).

If you have the problem on other pages, but you don't from what I can see, then you need to check the appropriate primary template.

currently, in Act_Brouchurepri.html shows this in my title,
<TITLE>NETQUOTEVAR:PAGETITLE</TITLE>
and that gives <title>Home</title> when i view source. Do i have a way to chnage it if i do not want my home page to be just name "Home", at the same time, the rest of the brouchure pages shd retain their page title.
