Customer details wanted only

In one of the sites under development, we want to advertise some products that we will not stock, they will be shipped direct by the supplier who wants to deal with the card transactions. Rather than set up a site just for those items, is there a way that these items can be seen on the site and ordered, but no card details taken. Also, if these items are ordered as well as stock items, can the price of the non stock item not be included in the purchase total. This way all we need to do is pass the customer details to the supplier who will complete the order. I hope this is clear. It is not my preferred method but the supplier would like it done this way.

Found a way. Set all the prices to £0.00 and put the price in the item description.
