Add to Cart button error

I've just started getting an error with a product where the add to cart button is appearing twice. Can someone take a look please:

product is "Sony Multi Tap Adaptor"

Hi there,

Seems a strange one. The message you receive after clicking on the top 'Buy me' button mentions about the PSX Lead RF Aerial Sony.

I would check to see if those two products are linked at all.

The two products weren't linked unfortunately. I tried a few things and found that moving the multitap down the list seemed to do the trick?
