Importing Snapshot

I'm getting the following error when importing a snapshot using version 5.1.6.0.0.33 in both copies:-

FATAL ERRORS
(File ImportBackup.cpp, Line 305) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1\ShipControl\SimpleShipping.ldb ! has been caught.

Any ideas?

Just try restarting the software.
