displaying nav in login page

Hi,

I want to display my navigation i.e home/sitemap/view basket etc in the login page. How do i go about this ?

By default the actinic system strips out the navigation menu from the page during such processes, so the only way to achieve it would be to duplicate the template and save it as say Act_MyLogin.html page and assign it within the Design | Options | Layouts as the default login page, and then hard wire the images and links into it - I think unless someone can say differently?
