Deleting extra sections

Can anyone tell me how to delete the four columns of store sections which appear on top of all of our products? See:

If you go into Design | Options | Sections tab, at the bottom you will find location and arrangement of top level section list...

Change the setting to Include in Top Level Sections only. - Should do it

Thank you! For some reason when we upgraded it didn't take on that setting, I forgot all about it.
