I'm working in test mode and it appears that all files are being uploaded when I select refresh web site. Is this true? Can I uploaded changed pages only? and does this happen when uploading the final site?

You can do this by either clicking on the blue upload arrow (looks like a blue Christmas tree) or you can go to 'Web | Update website'Can I uploaded changed pages only
A refresh sends everything, and update sends just those files that have been changed since the last upload.
