Is this possible, im am trying to create a template to show my sections in a table of 4 coloums and 3 or more rows. (see attach for example). Im pretty sure this is possible, but I don't know how...

Yes you can set your sections out like that:

Double Click the Section > Select the 'Layout' Tab > Click the 'Override Default Settings' radio button and this will enable more options for you.

Enter your first row count and subsequent row count as 3 or 4

I attached an image to show you the options you need to play around with.
