Solution needed for customer upload photos

I am working on a site for a client and its come to the point where we will be going live any minute and I still haven't worked out the best method for customers to send us images.

Customer can order a Mug and have a photo put on it ..

The simplest way I can think of is once the order has been completed we ask the customer to email us the photo with the order number as a reference.

However I am looking for a more professional way ..

Any suggestions would be greatfully welcome! Or any extra strong coff-ay!!
