help needed re Payment methods

Hi

I have amended my payment methods so that i can use Cheque and credit card - details with order for offline orders, i realise that these options can be seen online but hope people will realise by there descriptions that they are primarily for off line orders only, however i cannot understand why the drop down box holding these options has no heading such as 'Select Payment Method' The asterisk denoting a mandatory field is there but not heading.

After some head scratching located the problem and all now ok.
