Hi Folks,
Mant apologies for reposting this, but I am going grey far to to quickly. :-)
Does anyone have experience of the rendering differences between PCs and Macs? If so, I have an enormous favour to ask.
I have been using a script for a drop down menu which works fine on a blank page on any machine/browser combination, however when the identical code is placed in a page (in this case an Actinic Brochure template) it displays oddly on a mac (seemingly whatever browser is used), either the menu headings do not move down, or the submenus disappear behind the other headings. Not being a native Mac user, I do not know if there are any issues I should be avoiding.
I have tried removing all of the other JS on the page to see if that is causing the issue, and played around with the spacings, and tried to edit the script but all to no avail.
I have placed two pages on the following URLs, one is the blank menu page, one is the template. The URLs are: -
http://ocean.hazelhost.co.uk/actest/menuTEST.html
for the blank page featuring the menu only, and: -
http://ocean.hazelhost.co.uk/actest/...nuNEWTEST.html
for the edited template.
I sense that I have done something stupid, but finding it is becoming a career option. :-)
