Free Gift Selection

We're planning an offer on our site - when the customer spends over £x they will be entitiled to a free pet tag.

Couple of questions:

Can we set actinic up so that it automatically adds the pet tag to their basket if the order value is greater than a given amount (say £50) and can it let the customer choose between a dog and cat tag?

Ok - helps if you read the right bit of the manual - worked out how to do the free gift - but can't see if you can get the customer to choose which one. Is this possible?

Create a product group called 'Free Gifts' and put the 'Dog Pet Tag' and the 'Cat Pet Tag' within the group.

Then create the special offer (in 'View | Discounts... | Cart Content') which gives '% off extra product' as the reward - select the 'Free Gifts' group as the reward group. Then in the 'Presentation' tab of the discount ensure you include a [GROUPLINK] variable to include a link in the discount message that allows people to see a range of free gifts on offer as the reward.
