Phrase: Required fields are highlighted

Hello,

I have searched |Designs|Options|Text| and each Template under the Order Phases 1 and everywhere and must be missing it. - www.bonniesgifts.com

Can the phrase "Required fields are highlighted" which appears upon Checkout from where it is located to near the top - right now it is at the bottom of the cart, which makes no sense at all.

I think this in Act_Order00.html, through Act_Order02.html. The line

NETQUOTEVAR:REQUIREDFIELDS <span class="actrequiredcolor">NETQUOTEVAR:HIGHLIGHTED.</span>

is probably what you're looking for.
