copying sites to another computer

Hi everyone

I have just upgraded to 6.1.5. I have several sites on my desktop and I just upgraded my laptop.

How do I get all the information from the sites - not just the sites backups - I know how to do that, but I need all the actinic folders.i.e., navicons, pictures, everything duplicated from my desktop (which has everything) to my laptop.

Are these site folders? Are all your images contained within?

Also does your computer have a CD writer installed or cannot it be connected to the laptop via a local area network?
