Customer Accounts Log In

I have a client who uses Developer 6.1.4. for a wholesale site with login. She is getting phone calls from users who are not valid customers who are able to login using random passwords such as "password". I checked Customer Accounts and there is such user.

Is there an anoymous login feature that is allowing this.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Is this a bug in this version. Or did this user get extremely lucky and pick a username and pw that was active.

Any comments are appreciated.

Never hear of the password problem before, it works fine on all the tests i've done and no one is able to log in with such random passwords.
