Removing Additional Files

Hi All

How do I go about removing files that I have added to the Additional Files section. The Remove button is greyed out and I have thousands of files to search through.

Do you actually see your files in the "Additional Files" list?

And the "Remove" button is still grey after selecting a file?

I can select a file and remove it but is there a way to locate the file I need without going through the whole list. I have hundreds of files to look through.

Are the files arranged in any sort of order?

Can they be aranged in modified/date/name order?

They are just listed in the order they were entered.

Not through the interface. If you have Access you could try sorting, searching and removing the files from the Additional Files table in ActinicCatalog.mdb.

Remember to make a back up first.


I will add a better method or sorting additional files to the wish list.
