Section link in Brochure pages

I am very new to Actinic and need to add top section links into my home page in the side bar, and other pages such as Terms & conditions, search page etc.

Any help will be much appreciated.

You will need to delve into the Advanced user Guuide for that as there are a number of different methods (or listing options) for the navigation (top level) menu all linked by Java Scripts...
