Display all shipping classes

When a shipping class is set to No Value it is not displayed below the Sub Total on View Cart and Checkout as £0.00.
Any way to force this into the calculation so the customer can see he is being charged zero for shipping?
(I know a similar question has been asked before but the solution there was for a message on the receipt.)

Hi,

I see what you mean but do not know of a way to force the shipping charge to appear. The alternative suggestion to a message is the best for now.
