Digital Download

Im having a problem with my digital download - once the order is completed, the customer receipt and the customer Email display a link - this link returns a page that says CGI Error - Invalid HTTP Headers .

I read somewhere that changing the nph-dowloadxxxxx.pl to downloadxxxx.pl and reupload helps but for me i am getting the same error.

Any ideas?

I am trying out digital download and experiencing problems.

I've renamed the nph-download.pl to download.pl but I get the following error when I try and use the url generated on the invoice.

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Can I ask you to register an email aupport query at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.html as I'm afraid I have no more suggestions for helping you to get this to work.
