right ive been wokring on a site in actinic 7 for a while now i have had no major problems other than some java scripting errors but they disspaeared after closing an restarting. ive now licenssed a new site with a new key number which it allowed me to do, then when i went to change onto that site ie start working on it, it crashed said i had a serious theme error, and something about the one i chose being created in version 4 something or another! basically stating theme was old and that it had a problem (i always use actinic orginal template to start with cos its easier to adapt). so it crashed and i went to restart it and now it wont open up at all stating this same out of date theme error and i need to install a new them, but i cant if it wont open up! will i need to ring technical support or can anyone suggest how to fix this!
