Cheapest place to buy catalog

Where is the cheapest place to purchase catalog, and.. can you purchase it and get the cd-key there and then or do you have to wait for the cd to arrive with every purchase?

My advice would be to go to google and search for Actinic and look at the ads listed down the right hand side - there are at least two very good offers on there at the moment.
