    Quantities Of 4

    Hi Again

I've just uploaded the site and found that thenever you look at an item instead of showing 1 it shows 4.

    http://store.everyday-essentials.co....og/Ecover.html

Has anyone got an idea of what the problem could be.

    Thanks in advance

    Russell

You need to change the HTML for your quantity prompt.

Go to 'Design | Text' click 'Go to' and go to prompt ID: 2173. Then click the 'Restore Default' button - that should do it.

Oops, found it, thought it was the search bit.

Anyway I have tried that BUT I changed the thing back to default and it set it to %s<INPUT TYPE=text NAME="%s" SIZE="4" VALUE="%d">

I then changed the SIZE="1" but it still shows as 4 on the screen.

        I have looked on the knowledge base and found this;

I have just upgraded a site I am working on to the latest version of Actinic Ecommerce.

The quantity field that used to show "0" as the default quantity against products now shows as a different number. I am showing the quantity in the product page and using one checkout button per page.
Solution: The prompt for the quantity field has been upgraded incorrectly.

You need to go to 'Design | Text' and click 'Go to'. Go to prompt 2173 and change the value in there to read:

        %s<INPUT TYPE=text NAME="%s" SIZE="4" VALUE="%d">

You can now adjust the SIZE= value to suit your requirements.

        However its still not working.

        Thanks

When I look at http://store.everyday-essentials.co....og/Ecover.html I see a '1' in every field. Have you managed to get this working then?
