Has anybody found a way to have Collections as a delivery method?

Trouble is the carriage value is obviously zero. I believe Actinic defaults to the lowest carriage value, this would make Collection the default entry on the dropdown, and we all know that customers will gladly click through if the carriage is free!

Follwing Example

Collection £0.00
Second Class Post £0.30
First Class Post £0.50

The carriage dropdown in the checkout defaults to the lowest carriage value, in this case £0 for collection.
We would like to be able to have the lowest non free carriage as the default, otherwise we envisage having to contact every customer to add carriage to their orders.

I suggest going to 'Advanced | Locations' and creating two 'States' within the United Kingdom - one called 'Local' and one called 'Not Local' (or something). You can then only offer the Collection shipping method to 'Local' customers.
