Fatal Error on Import

The development PC I was running Actinic on crashed but I had been diligent and made a snapshot.

I installed Actinic Business (a new paid for & licensed version) on a new PC at the client's and tried to import & got the attached fatal error

Any ideas ??

On the orignal PC, which is now recovered, when I try and run Actinic, I get an "error locating "Originals" directory" - any ideas on this too ?

For the first problem please take a look at this thread
(Let me know if you face the same problem as Janice)

For the second issue, this error pops up if Actinic is being accessed from a profile other than the one it has been installed in. If this is the case, then please make sure you are logging in under the original profile.
