style sheets!

right got my thing working regarding previous post, but now im having problems with actinic reading my style sheet. i think its working but something actinic writes is over writing it.

heres my normal non actinic page with style sheet applied:

heres my actinic link with style sheet added on additional files:

heres my style sheet:

(the images at top is supposed to be missing, its the spacing between the links on the top bar and address bar) is actinic over wrting something or am i doing soemthing wrong?

I checked both the links and they are working fine. Have you resolved the issue or I'm missing something there?
