linking to databse images not showing

hi, trying our business v7 . I have an excell sheet with my products, names, prices ete on, also a colomn for images, although i can link to it in actinic and get a blue tick no images is linked to in the relevent product.
All the other links work fine. It must be something to do with the file path i guess. The images are inside a folder called 'images' without quotes all saved as jpegs and are are named things like 'abc12345.jpg'
any ideas how can i sort this out please.

Hi Wesley

Did you try putting the full path to the images in the excel file and then checked if it worked. You said that the files were in a folder called Images. If that folder is located on your C drive then you should try putting in C:\Images\abcd.12345.JPG

thanks, all is working now. for some reason actinic would not update the images. I re imported in my excel sheet and the prodcuts now show with images.
