    Cart: General Sript Error Occurred

    Sometimes, I get the following message when I try my site: www.planirom.qc.ca/catalog/acatalog/

    When I click on « Confirm » in Select destination menu, I get:

    Select Shipping Destination - Error opening /home/sites/home/web/catalog/acatalog/192Z168Z0Z9A1093968147B12932.cart (No such file or directory)

    I have the latest files installed : 5.1.6.1.0.33 CNNA.
    Where do I look to solve my problem ?

      Thank you for the answer !
      I already have the latest version installed.
      After desabling all firewall settings, I still get the error (not always).
      After getting the error message, if I cancel the « Confirm » page, exit Explorer, reopen Explorer and redo the order, I can get the transactrion done.
      I am testing my test site on different pc's on my network.
      Is there something I can do/check to stop that behavior ?

        Hmmm... I would suggest in going to Internet Explorer Options and fully deleting all internet temp files as well as history. Then try out your site again.

        Also if the error are still appearing, one thing to check is your diskspace on the website. Are you running out of diskspace? If there is under a meg left of space, then i would suggest in getting more space. Maybe actinic cannot simply create a .cart file due to lack of diskspace.

            Still having the problem !
            - I have deleted all « cookies » and « .temp » files in Internet Explorer.
            - It's not the disk space for sure ! There's at least 500 megs free !
            - I will « snapshot » what I have done on my site and install the « demo » site. Maybe, it's something I have done modifiing the basic template.
            I am open to any idea/direction to check !
