Velocity Pay / Protx / UPG

Is anyone else using VelocityPay? I believe they use UPG Universal Payment Gateway to process cards.

The prices are great, but the Actinic compatibility seems a bit rocky..

As I understand it PROTX use UPG as well and have a similar priceing structure.

Has anyone had any problems at all with PROTX?

I have just started with Protx - they're great! They were quick to get me up and running, with responsive customer support. No problems at all so far. Just avoid e-clear like the plague...they have been unreliable on my site and there customer service sucks - and technical support seems to be virtually non-existant (especially at weekends!)

Am looking to use VelocityPay also. Has anyone any experience of using and integrating them with Actinic Catalog since this last post?

It is not really possible to integrate your own custom PSP with Actinic. You can only really select one out the PSPs we offer you.
