I have created a basic actinic site today, using the business theme.
However, I want to put the home page "in a box". The box/window would be white and then the outside background would be another colour.

What I want is to get an effect like this actinic community page you are looking at now - ie. pale blue box with the text in it, small border, and a different shade of light blue outside.
How would I go about this?
