Catalog crashes when I make offline order

Hi all,

Before I report this to Actinic as a fault I just want to make sure it can not be any settings;

My Catalog crashes when I make an offline order at the stage of saving what you have found product-wise and before allowing you to click next to go to a page I have never seen (oooo)

Any comments or is this just a dodgy copy?

Hi Daniel

I had a similar problem the other day with not being able to complete the offline ordering - it was stuck on the credit card page and wouldnt go any further.

Not quite sure what was causing it, but managed to fix it by compacting the databases, which you could try... go to Housekeeping | Compact Databases, select both the Catalog and the shipping boxes.

Hopefully that will sort it out for you aswell.
