Price Per metre and Price Per Centimetre

Hi All,

This is going to be the same problem.. i don't think i can drag this anymore. The problem regarding the price is daunting me. Our store has rely on the Price tag of "Per metre" for measurement. You seldom would see people charge a Fabric by per Centimetre? eh? As you look at some of the page. For eg this one as followed:

It does not have the Price tag of Price Per metre

Surprisingly, this page has the Price Tag of Price Per metre:
http://www.hst.com.sg/acatalog/Obsession_Series.html

What can i do now? Someone please suggest something.

Hi,

Let me explain why are there 2 prices. Because, our business is on Textile, so we charge our textile in terms of $XX/Metre. However, Actinic only allows $XX/Cm thus, we have both prices together. The problem now is that, $XX/Metre is hardcoded and i do not know where this could be found and $XX/Cm is done by actinic.

Then, i need to find out where can i locate the script so that i can show 2 types of prices. Do you get what i mean?

I take it you did not implement this then?

If you go to Help | Troubleshooting | then click "Compare Perl Scripts" it will list the modified files. This should help you narrow down the location of this perl change.

That wasn't done by me. In fact, the whole site wasn't done by me. Anyway, i have done according to what u instructed. And i got this..

The following files have been changed as compared to Actinic Originals.

OrderScript.pl
PerlScript.pl
ActinicConstants.pm
ActinicOrder.pm

I hope this can help. Are they located at the Site1 folder?

I dont think i know where i can edit. These 4 files they are very long script.. i do not know where i should start seraching and how should i search. Any suggestion can you give?

I would have to take a look at your scripts.

To be honest we don’t really support perl hacks but it might be worth trying log a support query here.

I would attach a snapshot.

what is perl HACK? Is it that serious? Which script do you need to look at?

Edited: May i also know whats wrong with giving Perl script? is perl script very important? Sorry, i really dont knwo such things..
